FarsiRadio.com is a free directory and web-based player that links to live audio streams operated by independent Persian and Iranian radio broadcasters. We do not own, host, or control the audio content of those stations.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Scrape or rebroadcast our station list at scale without permission.
- Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or spam.
- Impersonate any person or organization.
3. Accounts
Accounts are optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User-generated content
You retain ownership of content you post (e.g. Listener Wall messages) but grant FarsiRadio.com a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and distribute it on the Service. You are solely responsible for what you post. We may remove any content at our discretion.
5. Third-party streams and trademarks
All station names, logos, and audio belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with the broadcasters we link to unless explicitly stated. See our Disclaimer and DMCA policy.
6. Availability
The Service is provided “as is” and may be unavailable, change, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
FarsiRadio.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
