FarsiRadio.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar copyright laws. FarsiRadio.com is a directory of links to live audio streams operated by independent broadcasters; we do not host station audio ourselves.
Fastest option: the removal request form
For most requests — station owners asking to be removed, or rights holders reporting infringing content — the quickest path is our removal request form. It goes directly into our admin queue and is typically actioned within 24–48 hours.
Submitting a formal DMCA notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe that content listed on FarsiRadio.com infringes your copyright, you may also email a formal notice to contact@farsiradio.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice” and the following information:
- Your full legal name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on FarsiRadio.com where the allegedly infringing material is located.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Response
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the listing in question and notify the relevant broadcaster.
Counter-notice
If you believe a listing was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@farsiradio.com containing the items required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or terminate the ability of repeat infringers to use the Service.
