How Farsi Radio works — Farsi Radio is a free, browser-based Persian radio platform. Open the site, tap any station card, and live audio starts within seconds. There is no app to install, no signup, and no audio ads injected by us. Streams come directly from each broadcaster.
Supported devices — Farsi Radio works on iPhone (Safari, Chrome), Android (Chrome, Firefox, Samsung Internet), desktop (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge), tablets, and any modern smart TV browser. It is also installable as a Progressive Web App (PWA).
How to install Farsi Radio as an app — On iPhone: open farsiradio.com in Safari, tap the Share icon, then "Add to Home Screen". On Android: open the site in Chrome, tap the menu, then "Install app". On desktop Chrome or Edge: click the install icon in the address bar. Once installed, Farsi Radio launches in its own window like a native app.
Background playback — Audio keeps playing when you lock your phone, switch apps, or open another browser tab. Use your device lock-screen controls to pause, resume, or change volume.
If a station will not play — First try another station to confirm your internet connection. If only one station is broken, the broadcaster may be offline temporarily. Use the report option or email contact@farsiradio.com with the station name and we will check the stream.
