FarsiRadio.com uses a small number of cookies and browser local-storage entries to make the site work and to understand aggregate usage. We do not use cross-site advertising cookies.
Types of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
- Auth session — set by Supabase when you sign in, so the site remembers you between page loads.
- Player preferences — last-played station, volume, and equalizer style (stored in local storage).
- Spam protection — short-lived tokens used to prevent abuse on the Listener Wall.
Analytics
- Google Analytics — aggregate visit counts, page views, and device/region breakdowns. No personal profiles are built for advertising.
Controlling cookies
You can clear or block cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out and reset your saved player preferences, but the radio will still play.
Third-party streams
When you start a station, your browser connects directly to the broadcaster’s servers. Those broadcasters may set their own cookies; their policies apply to that connection.
